Information

Housekeeping Services
All occupied Guest rooms are cleaned daily and replenished with clean linen including sheets, towels and bathroom accessories. Pinneys Beach Resort aims to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible. If you have any personal request, Kindly contact the receptionist.

Room Service
Room service is available between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:30 p.m. daily.

Internet Services
Free wireless internet is provided in all guest rooms, in the lobby and restaurant areas. Computers with wired internet service are available for use by guests at the Reception Office, located downstairs behind the Reception Desk.

Laundry
12:00 noon. Laundry is done on the property, in our laundry facility. Please complete the laundry billing list and hand it to the room attendant or front desk staff. The Resort provides same day service unless the item is sent to the laundry after 4:00 pm.

Tipping
A 10% service charge is added to all Resort bills. For those wishing to tip, however, envelopes are provided at reception.

Television
A television is provided in each room. Cable television service is available for your enjoyment.
A full list of channels is provided on a program sheet situated near to the guest room television set.

Credit Cards
The hotel accepts the following cards: Visa and Master Cards. Please be advised that all transactions are in US dollars at the Resort. However, the amounts taken on the cards are in Eastern Caribbean Currency (E.C.) dollars.

Doctor
There is a hotel doctor on 24-hour call, in the event of illness. Please contact reception if the need arises. The guest is responsible for the direct settlement of his/her medical bill.

Electricity
Our restaurant and all rooms are supplied with 220 volts/60 cycles outlets only. Small transformers are available for conversion to 110/60.

Facsimile (Fax) Services

Outgoing Faxes
Guest faxes may be sent through reception services. The cost will depend on the destination of the fax, as well as duration/sending time and amount of pages used.

Incoming Faxes
